AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2929
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2929, AS AMENDED,
with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
2, on page 4, line 5, by deleting "at least"; and
on page 7, by deleting lines 18 through 23; and
on page 7, line 24, by replacing "(k)" with "(j)"; and
on page 8, by replacing lines 1 through 3 with "persons shall
not be arrested, charged, or prosecuted for possession of any
opiate as defined in subsection (dd) of Section 102 of the
Illinois Controlled Substances Act while present at an
overdose prevention site, or be subject to"; and
on page 8, line 7, by replacing "participation or involvement"
with "the person's presence or activities"; and
