AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2909
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2909 on page 6,
immediately below line 7, by inserting the following:
"All bonds issued under the provisions of this Section
shall be obligations of the Academy payable only in accordance
with the terms thereof and shall not be obligations, general,
special, or otherwise, of the State of Illinois. Such bonds
shall not constitute a debt, legal or moral, of the State of
Illinois and shall not be enforceable against the State of
Illinois.".
