| 1 | AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2874

| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2874 on page 3, by | ||||||
| 3 | replacing lines 12 through 14 with the following: | ||||||
| 4 | "(1) The making of a still image record, video record, | ||||||
| 5 | or transmission of live video by public safety law | ||||||
| 6 | enforcement
officers pursuant to a public safety incident, | ||||||
| 7 | criminal investigation, or assessment, which is otherwise | ||||||
| 8 | lawful. This Section does not apply to drones owned, | ||||||
| 9 | operated, or directed by a local or State entity or public | ||||||
| 10 | safety mutual aid organization;".
