AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2790
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2790 on page 2, line
6, after "abnormal screening test", by inserting "; however,
additional fees may be levied no sooner than 6 months prior to
the beginning of testing for a new genetic, metabolic, or
congenital disorder"; and
on page 6, line 26, after "for the screening", by inserting "no
sooner than 6 months".
