AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2315
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2315 as follows:
on page 5, line 2, after "conditional permanent resident,", by
inserting "or an individual who has an approved application for
asylum in the United States or has entered the United States in
refugee status,"; and
on page 5, line 17, by replacing "resident," with "permanent
resident, or an individual who has an approved application for
asylum in the United States or has entered the United States in
refugee status,"; and
on page 11, line 13, after "conditional permanent resident,",
by inserting "or an individual who has an approved application
for asylum in the United States or has entered the United
States in refugee status,"; and
