AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2045
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2045 on page 5,
line 22, by inserting after "incarceration" the following:
", excluding any person sentenced to natural life imprisonment
for a Class X felony violation of criminal sexual assault or
aggravated criminal sexual assault,"; and
on page 7, line 7, by replacing "Victims'" with "Victims and
victims'".
