AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1168
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1168 by replacing
everything after the enacting clause with the following:
"Section 5. The Open Operating Standards Act is amended by
changing Section 40 as follows:
(20 ILCS 45/40)
(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 21, 2019)
Sec. 40. Repealer. This Act is repealed on January 21, 2021
2019.
