AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 887
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 887, AS AMENDED,
with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
1, on page 6, by replacing lines 12 through 22 with the
following:
""Sensitive health services" includes, but is not limited
to, prevention, screening, consultation, examination,
treatment, or follow-up care related to:
(1) reproductive health, including, but not limited
to, family planning, maternity, abortion, fertility,
transgender-related care, and sexually transmitted
infection services;
(2) HIV/AIDS;
(3) drug or alcohol diagnosis, treatment, or referral
information;
(4) behavioral or mental health treatment;
(5) genetic testing; or
(6) domestic violence, sexual violence, or violence

that occurs between people who know each other."; and
on page 9, by replacing lines 12 and 13 with the following:
"benefit cost sharing, limited to the covered individual's
co-payment, coinsurance, or deductible, and communicate that
arrangement with the health insurance provider."; and
on page 9, by replacing line 20 with the following:
"encourage health insurance providers to clearly display the
form and make it".
