AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 799
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 799 as follows:
on page 1, line 13, by replacing "and" with "and, except for an
unanticipated emergency as determined by the Department,"; and
on page 2, by replacing line 10 with "the closed highway.
Except for an unanticipated emergency as determined by the
Department, the Department and the local governmental"; and
on page 2, line 13, after "active.", by inserting "A local
governmental agency that does not have a website maintained by
a full-time staff or a municipality with 1,000,000 or more
inhabitants shall not be required to post detour locations
under this Section.".
