1, on page 2, line 24, by changing "An action" to "A private
civil action"; and
on page 3, line 21, by changing "property; or" to "property;";
and
on page 3, by replacing line 26 with the following:
"property as an element of the offense; or
(3) the offer and sale of securities or investment or
financial advice.".
