AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 574
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 574, AS AMENDED,
with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
3 as follows:
on page 7, line 22, by replacing "to the corporation," with
"and transferring funds to the corporation, subject to
appropriation,"; and
on page 10, line 4, after "report" by inserting "by March 31 of
each year"; and
on page 10, line 11, after "operations", by inserting "and a
detailed account of how private funds were utilized versus
public funds"; and
on page 10, line 19, by replacing "and (F)" with "(F) an
analysis of the State's return on investment; and (G)".
