AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 574
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 574, AS AMENDED,
with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
3 as follows:
on page 4, by replacing line 12 with the following:
"(d) The corporation shall make every effort to focus on
small business development and incentives and programs
designed to assist minority-owned and women-owned businesses
and businesses that will create jobs in areas with high
unemployment or poverty.
