AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 341
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 341 as follows:
on page 7, line 9, after "civil liability", by inserting ",
except for willful and wanton misconduct,"; and
on page 7, line 13, after "correctional facility", by inserting
", on parole or mandatory supervised release, or otherwise
under the lawful jurisdiction of the agency or individual".
