AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 21
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 21 as follows:
on page 2, immediately above line 26, by inserting the
following:
"In this subsection, "substitute teacher shortage" means
the school district is unable to find an adequate amount of
substitute teachers and has exhausted all other efforts.".
