farms

the
control
of
the
department
at
the
same
or
greater

level
of
participation
and
involvement
as
existed
as
of
January

2011;
shall
not
enter
into
any
rental
agreement
or
contract

concerning
any
farmland
under
the
control
of
the
department
5
that
is
not
subject
to
a
rental
agreement
or
contract
as
of

January
1,
2011,
without
prior
legislative
approval;
and

shall
further
attempt
to
provide
job
opportunities
at
the

farms
for
inmates.
The
department
shall
attempt
to
