subsection
2,
Code
2018,
is

amended
to
read
as
follows:

Except
as
provided
by
subsection

a
participant
in

activity
authorized
by
this
chapter
may
make
payment
by

cash,
personal
check,
money
order,
bank
check,
cashier’s
check,

electronic
check,
or
debit
card.
In
addition,
a
participant
in

an
amusement
concession
at
a
fair
as
authorized
by
this
chapter

may
also
make
payment
by
credit
card.

EXPLANATION

The
inclusion
of
this
explanation
does
not
constitute
agreement
with

the
explanation’s
substance
by
the
members
of
the
general
assembly.

This
bill
provides
that
a
participant
in
an
amusement

concession
at
a
fair
as
authorized
by
Code
chapter
99B
may
also

make
payment
by
credit
card.
