as
follows:

licensed
under
this
chapter
shall
not,
either

an
agent,
salesperson,
or
employee,
engage

state,
or
represent
or
advertise
that
the
person
is

engaged
or
intends
to
engage
in
this
state,
in
the
business
of

buying
or
selling
at
retail
new
or
used
motor
vehicles,
other
7
than
mobile
homes
more
than
eight
feet
in
width
or
more
than
8
thirty-two
feet
in
length
as
defined
in
section
321.1
,
or
motor
9
homes
as
defined
in
section
321.1,
on
the
first
day
of
the
10
week,
commonly
known
and
designated
as
Sunday.

inclusion
of
this
explanation
does

Under
current
law,
a
person
licensed
under
Code
chapter
15
322
(motor
vehicle
manufacturers,
distributors,
wholesalers,

and
dealers)
is
prohibited
from,
either
directly
or
through
17
an
agent,
salesperson,
or
employee,
engaging
in
this
state,
18
or
representing
or
advertising
that
the
person
is
engaged
or
19
intends
to
engage
in
this
state,
in
the
business
of
buying
or
20
selling
at
retail
new
or
used
motor
vehicles,
other
than
mobile
21
homes
more
than
eight
feet
in
width
or
more
than
32
feet
in
22
length,
on
Sundays.
This
bill
provides
that
such
a
person
23
may
sell
motor
homes
on
Sundays.
Under
Code
section
321.1,
a
24
“motor
home”
is
a
motor
vehicle
designed
as
an
integral
unit
to
25
be
used
as
a
conveyance
upon
the
public
streets
and
highways
26
and
for
use
as
a
temporary
or
recreational
dwelling,
that
has
27
certain
permanently
installed
systems
which
meet
American
28
national
standards
institute
and
national
fire
protection
29
association
standards
in
effect
on
the
date
of
manufacture.
