1.
The
board
of
directors
of
each
public
school
shall
post

at
each
attendance
center
in
a
clearly
visible
location
in
a
4
public
area
that
is
readily
accessible
to
students
a
sign
in
5
English
and
Spanish
that
contains
the
toll-free
child
abuse
6
telephone
hotline
number
operated
by
the
department
of
human
7
services.

2.
Notwithstanding
section
256F.4,
subsection
2,
a
charter
9
school
is
subject
to
and
shall
comply
with
the
requirements
of
10
this
section.

3.
The
state
board
of
education
shall
adopt
rules
relating
12
to
the
size
and
location
of
the
sign
required
under
this
13
section.

The
inclusion

this

constitute

This
bill
requires

schools,
including
