Section
331.301,
Code
2020,
is
amended
by
adding
1
the
following
new
subsection:

SUBSECTION

18.
A
county
shall
not
adopt
an
ordinance,

motion,
resolution,
or
amendment
imposing
any
requirement
to
4
obtain
a
permit
or
license
for
a
business
operated
for
no
more
5
than
eighty-four
days
in
a
calendar
year
by
a
person
or
persons
6
under
the
age
of
eighteen.

Section
364.3,
Code
2020,
is
amended
by
adding
the
8
following
new
subsection:

13.
A
city
shall
not
adopt
or
enforce

an
ordinance
imposing
any
requirement
to
obtain
a
permit
or

license
for
a
business
operated
on
an
occasional
basis
for
no
12
more
than
eighty-four
days
in
a
calendar
year
by
a
person
or
13
persons
under
the
age
of
eighteen.

This
bill
limits
the
authority
of
a
county
or
city
to
adopt

permit
or

license
for
a
business
operated
for
no
more
than
84
days
in
a
20
calendar
year
by
a
person
or
persons
under
the
age
of
18.
