disclose

results
of
a
test

performed
by
the
person
for
the
presence
of
radon
and
radon

progeny
to
a
potential
buyer
of
a
nonpublic
building
that
is

offered
for
sale
if
the
potential
buyer
paid
for
the
testing,
7
whether
or
not
the
owner
of
the
nonpublic
building
is
aware
of
8
or
has
consented
to
such
testing.

The
inclusion
of
this
explanation
does
not
constitute
agreement
with

the
explanation’s
substance
by
the
members
of
the
general
assembly.

This
bill
relates
to
allowable
disclosures
of
radon

testing
results.
The
bill
provides
that
a
person
certified
or
14
credentialed
pursuant
to
Code
section
136B.1
may
disclose
the
15
results
of
radon
testing
to
a
potential
buyer
of
a
nonpublic
16
building
that
is
offered
for
sale
if
the
potential
buyer
paid
17
for
the
testing,
whether
or
not
the
owner
of
the
nonpublic

building
is
aware
of
or
has
consented
to
such
testing.
