REPEAL.
Section
256D.9,
Code
2013,
is
repealed.

Sec.
2.
EFFECTIVE
UPON
ENACTMENT.
This
Act,
being
deemed
of

immediate
importance,
takes
effect
upon
enactment.

EXPLANATION

This
bill
repeals
a
provision
that
specifies
a
date
for
the
5
future
repeal
of
Code
chapter
256D,
the
Code
chapter
which
6
establishes
the
Iowa
early
intervention
block
grant
program,
7
and
makes
the
repeal
effective
upon
enactment.
