  1  1    Section 1.  NEW SECTION.  280.5A  Posting child abuse hotline
  1  2 telephone number.
  1  3    The board of directors of each public school district shall
  1  4 post at each attendance center in a clearly visible location
  1  5 in a public area that is readily accessible to students a sign
  1  6 that contains the toll=free child abuse telephone hotline
  1  7 number operated by the department of human services.
  1  8                           EXPLANATION
  1  9 The inclusion of this explanation does not constitute agreement with
  1 10 the explanation's substance by the members of the general assembly.
  1 11    This bill requires public schools to post at each attendance
  1 12 center in a clearly visible location in a public area that
  1 13 is readily accessible to students a sign that contains the
  1 14 toll=free child abuse telephone hotline number operated by the
  1 15 department of human services.
