                             AN ACT
 AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF NURSING TO ISSUE A LIMITED
    NURSING AUTHORIZATION TO A NURSE TO COMPLETE THE CLINICAL
    COMPONENT OF A NURSE REFRESHER COURSE.

 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF IOWA:
    Section 1.  NEW SECTION.  152.9A  Limited nursing
 authorization.
    The board may issue a limited authorization to a nurse to
 complete the clinical component of a nurse refresher course.
 The board shall determine the length of time a limited nursing
 authorization shall remain effective.
