BY
THE
GENERAL
ASSEMBLY
OF
THE
STATE
OF
IOWA:
Section
1.
NEW
SECTION
.
231D.3A
Exception.
An
entity
certified
by
the
centers
for
Medicare
and
Medicaid
services
of
the
United
States
department
of
health
and
human
services
as
a
federal
program
of
all-inclusive
care
for
the
elderly
shall
not
be
required
to
be
certified
as
an
adult
day
services
program
under
this
chapter.
A
program
for
all-inclusive
care
for
the
elderly,
as
used
in
this
section,
Senate
File
2163,
p.
2
shall
not
identify
itself
or
hold
itself
out
to
be
an
adult
day
services
program
as
defined
in
section
231D.1.
