Rheumatoid arthritis. 1 14 EXPLANATION 1 15 The inclusion of this explanation does not constitute agreement with 1 16 the explanation's substance by the members of the general assembly. 1 17 This bill adds new medical conditions to the current list 1 18 of debilitating medical conditions for which a health care 1 19 practitioner may issue a written certification to a patient for 1 20 a medical cannabidiol registration card pursuant to the medical 1 21 cannabidiol Act (Code chapter 124E).
