70A.21
Political
subdivisions
——
1
salary
reports.
2
Each
political
subdivision
of
this
state
shall,
by
3
November
1
of
each
year,
prepare
and
make
available
to
the
4
public
a
salary
report
on
certain
personnel
of
the
political
5
subdivision.
The
report
shall
contain
the
name,
gender,
county
6
or
city
of
residence
when
possible,
official
title,
salary
7
received
during
the
previous
fiscal
year,
base
salary
as
8
computed
on
July
1
of
the
current
fiscal
year,
and
traveling
9
and
subsistence
expenses
of
personnel
who
receive
an
annual
10
salary
of
not
less
than
an
amount
equal
to
the
statewide
11
average
weekly
wage,
as
defined
in
section
96.19,
for
the
12
applicable
fiscal
year
multiplied
by
fifty-two.

bill
requires
each
political
subdivision
of
the
state

to
prepare

make
available
to
the
public
by

year
a
salary
report
on

personnel
of
that

political
subdivision.
The
bill
requires
the
report
to
contain

the
name,
gender,
county
or
city
of
residence
when
possible,

official
title,
salary
received
during
the
previous
fiscal

year,
base
salary,
and
traveling
and
subsistence
expenses
of

personnel
of
the
applicable
political
subdivision
who
receive

an

salary
