employed
as

peace
officer
in
the

after
attaining
sixty-five
sixty-seven
years
of
age.

The
inclusion
of
this
explanation
does
not
constitute

the

of

assembly.

This
bill
increases
the
maximum
age
of
a
peace
officer
for

the
department
of
public
safety
from
65
to
67
years
of
age.
