WHEREAS,
Governor
Kim
Reynolds
has
convened
an

extraordinary
session
of
the
Ninety-first
General

Assembly
on
Friday,
October
2,
2026;
NOW
THEREFORE,

BE
IT
RESOLVED
BY
THE
SENATE,
THE
HOUSE
OF
7
REPRESENTATIVES
CONCURRING,
That
pursuant
to
Joint
Rule
8
3,
the
business
of
the
first
extraordinary
session
of
9
the
2026
legislative
session
shall
be
limited
to
the
10
consideration
of
a
bill
for
an
Act
relating
to
the
11
major
economic
growth
attraction
program
and
including
12
effective
date
provisions;
and
any
other
resolutions
13
that
either
chamber
may
adopt.
