scope

services
approach
used
for

private
providers

intermediate
care
facilities
for
persons

with
an
intellectual
disability
services,

a
manner
which

shift
costs
between
the
medical
assistance
program,

counties,
or
other
sources
of
funding
for
the
state
resource

centers.

The
state
resource
centers
may
expand
the
time-limited

assessment
and
respite
services
during
the
fiscal

the
department’s
administration
and
the
department

management
concur
with
a
finding
by
a
state
resource

center’s

revenues
can
reasonably

expected

pay
the
salary
and

costs

adding

particular

the
fiscal
