means

operated

person

the
age
of
eighteen
at
which
food
is
sold
directly
to

consumers
that
is
not
time/temperature
control
for
safety
food

or
an
alcoholic
beverage
and
that
operates
on
a
temporary
and

occasional
basis
on
private
property
with
the
permission
of
the
11
owner
of
the
property.

Stand

a
minor.

A
municipal
corporation
or
regulatory
authority
shall
not

adopt
or
enforce
an
ordinance
or
rule
that
requires
a
license,

permit,
or
fee
to
sell
or
otherwise
distribute
food
at
a
stand

operated
by
a
minor.

bill
relates
to
food
stands
operated
by
minors.

Code
chapter
137F,
which
provides
for
the
regulation
and

licensing
of
food
establishments
and
food
processing
plants,

is
amended.

Code
section
137F.1,
concerning
definitions,
is
amended
by

excepting
from
the
definition
of
food
establishment
a
stand
26
operated
by
a
minor.
The
Code
section
is
further
amended
27
by
defining
a
stand
operated
by
a
minor
as
a
stand
or
other
28
facility
operated
by
a
person
or
persons
under
the
age
of
29
18
at
which
food
is
sold
directly
to
consumers
that
is
not
30
time/temperature
control
for
safety
food
or
an
alcoholic
31
beverage
and
that
operates
on
a
temporary
and
occasional
basis
