November
21,
2019,
the
Western
Dubuque

Bobcats
won
the
Iowa
High
School
Athletic
Association

Class
3A
State
Championship
at
the
UNI-Dome
in
Cedar

Falls,
Iowa,
defeating
Solon;
and

WHEREAS,
the
Western
Dubuque
Bobcats’
exceptional

accomplishments
highlight
the
value
of
high
school

athletics
in
the
leadership
development
of
our

youth;
