is
amended
by
striking
the
paragraph.

EXPLANATION
3
This
bill
strikes
one
of
the
causes
for
which
the
hearing
4
aid
dispensers
licensing
board
may
revoke
or
suspend
a
5
dispenser’s
license.
Failure
to
place
in
hearing
aid
6
advertisements
certain
key
words
such
as
“hearing
test”
or
7
“hearing
measurement”,
if
the
licensee’s
business
name
does
not
8
include
the
words
“hearing
aid”,
would
no
longer
be
a
cause
for
9
revocation
or
suspension
of
a
license.
