is
amended
by
adding

the
following
new
subsection:

SUBSECTION

38.
Annually,
by
October
1,
publish
a

report
on
the
board’s
internet
site
detailing
the
amount
of

overtime
pay
paid
by
institutions
governed
by
the
board
during
5
the
previous
fiscal
year.
The
report
shall
include
the
total
6
amount
of
overtime
pay
for
all
institutions,
as
well
as
totals
7
for
each
institution,
each
academic
department
and
institute
8
within
an
institution,
each
collective
bargaining
unit
within
9
each
institution,
and
for
supervisory
and
nonsupervisory
10
employees.

EXPLANATION

This
bill
requires
the
board
of
regents
to
annually
publish

by
October

report
on
the
board’s
