EXPLANATION

This
bill
prohibits
smoking
throughout
gambling
structures,

excursion
gambling
boats,
and
racetrack
enclosures.
Current

law
allows
smoking
in
the
gaming
areas
of
these
locations

except
for
enclosed
restaurants
or
bars
within
the
gaming
area.
