Public
comment

regular

meetings
and
special
meetings.

The
board
of
directors
of
each
school
district
shall
provide
3
at
least
thirty
minutes
during
each
regular
meeting
and
special
4
meeting
to
receive
public
comment.
The
board
of
directors
5
of
a
school
district
shall
allow
each
interested
member
of
6
the
public
to
speak
during
the
public
comment
period,
but
may
7
impose
a
time
limit
on
the
amount
of
time
a
member
of
the
public
8
is
allowed
to
speak
if
the
time
limit
is
the
same
for
each
9
speaker
and
necessary
due
to
the
amount
of
people
wishing
to
10
speak.

bill
requires
regular
meetings
and
special
meetings
of

directors
of
school
districts
to
include

The
bill
provides
that

board
shall

each

public

the

comment

but
may
