  1  1    Section 1.  RESTORATION OF RIGHTS ==== INTERIM STUDY.  It is
  1  2 the intent of the general assembly to establish an interim
  1  3 study committee to review the restoration of rights for certain
  1  4 persons convicted of a felony.
