ASSEMBLY

Section
1.
Section
279.76,
subsection
1,
paragraph
c,
Code
2024,
is
amended
to
read
as
follows:
c.
This
subsection
shall
not
apply
to
a
hearing
,
dental,
or
vision
screening
or
examination.
