H.F. 2177 Section 1. NEW SECTION . 814.11A Pro se litigant. 1 A person seeking review pro se shall consult with a 2 court-appointed attorney. For purposes of this section, “pro 3 se” means a person is proceeding on the person’s own behalf 4 without legal representation. 5 EXPLANATION 6 This bill requires a person who is seeking appellate review 7 to consult with a court-appointed attorney.
