  1  1    Section 1.  FAMILY FOSTER CARE SERVICE PROVIDERS ==
  1  2 GRANDPARENTS.  For the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2015, the
  1  3 reimbursement rates for a family foster care service provider
  1  4 who is also the grandparent of the child shall be increased by
  1  5 15 percent over the rates in effect on June 30, 2015.
  1  6                           EXPLANATION
  1  7 The inclusion of this explanation does not constitute agreement with
  1  8 the explanation's substance by the members of the general assembly.
  1  9    This bill provides that for FY 2015=2016, the family foster
  1 10 care service provider rate for a person who is also the
  1 11 grandparent of the child shall be increased by 15 percent over
  1 12 the rates in effect on June 30, 2015.
