EXPLANATION

This
bill
eliminates
the
exemption
from
the
prohibition
of

smoking
applicable
to
gaming
floors
of
gambling
structures,

excursion
gambling
boats,
and
racetrack
enclosures,
thereby

prohibiting
smoking
in
these
areas.
