  1  1    Section 1.  OFFICE OF LONG=TERM CARE OMBUDSMAN ==
  1  2 APPROPRIATION.  There is appropriated from the general fund
  1  3 of the state to the office of long=term care ombudsman for
  1  4 the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2015, and ending June 30,
  1  5 2016, in addition to any other appropriations made for the same
  1  6 purpose for the same fiscal year, the following amounts, or
  1  7 so much thereof as is necessary, to be used for the purpose
  1  8 designated:
  1  9    For salaries, support, administration, maintenance, and
  1 10 miscellaneous purposes:
  1 11 .................................................. $    220,000
  1 12    Sec. 2.  DEPARTMENT ON AGING == APPROPRIATION == STATE
  1 13 OFFICE OF SUBSTITUTE DECISION MAKER.  There is appropriated
  1 14 from the general fund of the state to the department on aging
  1 15 for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2015, and ending June
  1 16 30, 2016, in addition to any other appropriations made for the
  1 17 same purpose for the same fiscal year, the following amounts,
  1 18 or so much thereof as is necessary, to be used for the purpose
  1 19 designated:
  1 20    For the state office of substitute decision maker:
  1 21 .................................................. $    150,000
  1 22                           EXPLANATION
  1 23 The inclusion of this explanation does not constitute agreement with
  1 24 the explanation's substance by the members of the general assembly.
  1 25    This bill appropriates funds from the general fund of
  1 26 the state for state fiscal year 2015=2016 to the office of
  1 27 long=term care ombusdman ($220,000) and to the department on
  1 28 aging to be used for the state office of substitute decision
  1 29 maker ($150,000). The funds appropriated are in addition to
  1 30 any other funds appropriated for the same purpose for the same
  1 31 fiscal year.
