WHEREAS,
Governor
Kim
Reynolds
has
convened
an

extraordinary
session
of
the
Ninetieth
General
Assembly
5
on
July
11,
2023;
NOW
THEREFORE,

BE
IT
RESOLVED
BY
THE
HOUSE
OF
REPRESENTATIVES,
7
THE
SENATE
CONCURRING,
That
pursuant
to
Joint
Rule
8
3,
the
business
of
the
first
extraordinary
session
9
of
the
2023
legislative
session
shall
be
limited
to
10
the
consideration
of
a
bill
for
an
Act
prohibiting
11
and
requiring
certain
actions
relating
to
abortion
12
involving
the
detection
of
a
fetal
heartbeat,
and
13
including
effective
date
provisions;
and
any
other
14
resolutions
that
either
chamber
may
adopt.
