RESOLVED,
That

invited
to
deliver
her
budget
message
at
this
joint

convention
of
the
two
houses
of
the
General
Assembly,

and
that
the
Speaker
of
the
House
of
Representatives

and
the
President
of
the
Senate
be
designated
to
