RESOLUTION
Congratulating
Solar Velocity, LLC; and for other purposes.
WHEREAS,
Solar Velocity, LLC, was recently named 2008 Innovative Small Business of the
Year by the Cobb County Chamber of Commerce; and
WHEREAS,
under the guiding hands of CEO Jason Swenk and COO Kirby Winters, this
outstanding company has grown from its humble beginnings to become one of the
leading technology and interactive marketing firms in this state;
and
WHEREAS,
this remarkable corporate citizen has established a glowing reputation
throughout Georgia for its use of cutting-edge technology that has earned the
company awards such as Best Place to Work by
Atlanta Business
Chronicle and Most Dependable Web Design
Firms in the Southeast by Goldline Research; and
WHEREAS,
it is abundantly fitting and proper that the outstanding accomplishments of this
amazing company be appropriately recognized.
NOW,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE that the members of this body
congratulate Solar Velocity, LLC, on the occasion of its being named 2008
Innovative Small Business of the Year, commend it for its many outstanding
contributions on behalf of the citizens of Georgia, and extend to it their best
wishes for continued corporate growth, development, and success in the
future.

IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Senate is authorized and directed
to transmit an appropriate copy of this resolution to Solar Velocity, LLC.
