RESOLUTION
Recognizing
and commending John Daniel Culbreth; and for other purposes.
WHEREAS,
months of preparation, anticipation, and excitement came to fruition on February
16, 2006, when John Daniel Culbreth entered the world; and
WHEREAS,
since his arrival, John Daniel has delighted and awed all who meet him with his
playful and charming demeanor; and
WHEREAS,
John Daniels's proud parents are Leanne Bannister and Tilden Wayne Culbreth, who
marvel each day at his developing personality and the new skills he acquires;
and
WHEREAS,
John Daniel enjoys playing with friends and family, especially his Nanny,
Patricia Benton Bannister, and his Pop, John Leroy Bannister; and
WHEREAS,
spending quality time with his Mimi and Big Daddy, Andrea Sue Scherer and Daniel
Wayne Culbreth, brings John Daniel great jubilance and happiness;
and
WHEREAS,
John Daniel brings light and joy to his family, who treasure him dearly and wish
the very best for him on his birthday and for each day to come; and
WHEREAS,
the State of Georgia looks with great anticipation to the many achievements and
accomplishments sure to be achieved by this amazing young boy.
NOW,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE that the members of this body recognize
the very happy occasion of John Daniel Culbreth's third birthday and extend to
him their most sincere best wishes for a long and healthy life and great
happiness and success.

IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Senate is authorized and directed
to transmit an appropriate copy of this resolution to Mr. and Mrs. Tilden
Culbreth.
