A RESOLUTION


Honoring and celebrating Pastor Beatrice Ezonnaebi of Victory Covenant Ministries on the occasion of her 50th birthday; and for other purposes.

WHEREAS, Pastor Beatrice Ezonnaebi was born in Nigeria where, at the age of 13, she was converted to the Christian faith under the Assemblies of God Church in Nigeria; and

WHEREAS, in 1993, this dedicated servant of God migrated to the United States, and joined the Church of God Mission where she married her husband Pastor Dennis Ezonnaebi; and

WHEREAS, Pastors Beatrice and Dennis Ezonnaebi where inspired to serve others by establishing the Victory Covenant Ministries church in 2002, and in 2008, she and her husband where both ordained; and

WHEREAS, Beatrice graduated from Columbia Theological Seminary in 2005, and in 2008, she completed her clinical pastoral education at Emory University; and

WHEREAS, Beatrice is a loving and devoted mother to her children, Ruth, Maxwell, Rachel, Priscilla, and Justice, and her foster son, Antwain Williams; and

WHEREAS, this year friends and family members will gather together to celebrate the birthday of this wonderful and exceptional woman and spiritual leader; and

WHEREAS, Pastor Beatrice Ezonnaebi is an awesome woman of God and a true leader, and it is only fitting that she be appropriately recognized on this special occasion.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE that Pastor Beatrice Ezonnaebi is honored on the occasion of her 50th birthday, recognized for her lifetime of service and achievements, and wished continued health and happiness.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Senate is authorized and directed to transmit an appropriate copy of this resolution to Pastor Beatrice Ezonnaebi.
