341:

BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
AN ACT
To
amend Code Section 15-11-63 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating
to designated felony acts, so as to clarify the definition of the term
"designated felony"; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other
purposes.
BE
IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF GEORGIA:
SECTION
1.
Code
Section 15-11-63 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to
designated felony acts, is amended by revising division (a)(2)(B)(vii) as
follows:
"(vii)
Any other act which, if done by an adult, would be a felony, if the child
committing the act has three times previously been adjudicated delinquent
in this state
or any other state for acts which, if done
by an adult, would have been felonies;"
SECTION
2.
All
laws and parts of laws in conflict with this Act are repealed.
