BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
AN ACT
To
amend Code Section 43-50-44 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating
to exemptions from licensing and registration for veterinary medicine or
veterinary technology, so as to provide an additional exemption; to provide for
related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other
purposes.

IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF GEORGIA:
SECTION
1.
Code
Section 43-50-44 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to
exemptions from licensing and registration for veterinary medicine or veterinary
technology, is amended by striking the word "or" at the end of paragraph (19),
by striking the period at the end of paragraph (20) and inserting "; or" in lieu
thereof, and by adding a new paragraph to read as follows:
"(21)
Any person lawfully engaged in the art or profession of
farriery."
SECTION
2.
All
laws and parts of laws in conflict with this Act are repealed.
