BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
AN ACT
To
amend Article 2 of Chapter 5 of Title 40 of the Official Code of Georgia
Annotated, relating to issuance, expiration, and renewal of drivers' licenses,
so as to repeal Code Section 40-5-38, relating to the notation on drivers'
licenses of a diagnosis of post traumatic stress disorder; to repeal conflicting
laws; and for other purposes.

IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF GEORGIA:
SECTION
1.
Article
2 of Chapter 5 of Title 40 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating
to issuance, expiration, and renewal of drivers' licenses, is amended by
repealing Code Section 40-5-38, relating to the notation on drivers' licenses of
a diagnosis of post traumatic stress disorder.
SECTION
2.
All
laws and parts of laws in conflict with this Act are repealed.
