A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT

To amend Chapter 2 of Title 21 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to primaries and elections generally, so as to provide that, if the disqualification of a candidate is the result of an error or negligence and not the result of any action of the candidate and such error or negligence is verified in writing by the Secretary of State, the qualifying fee paid by the candidate may be refunded to the candidate; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF GEORGIA:

SECTION 2.
All laws and parts of laws in conflict with this Act are repealed.
